Location
Find your perfect hideaway at 13 Glen road Barrytown on the great coast road ( State Highway 6) 10-minute drive south of Punakaiki and the famous pancake rocks, and Paparoa National Park. Home to New Zealand’s latest great walk the Paparoa track. We are 30 minutes drive north of Greymouth, and 50 minutes drive south of Westport.
Follow the signs off highway 6 down a quiet country road to relax in the native bush. You will find 2 separate timber holiday houses on beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with a cedar hot tub hut. Both homes are positioned with views of the Tasman sea, so you can watch the famous sunsets from your own private deck. Take in the native birdsong and sounds of the west coast surf. The beach is within walking distance, with public beach access at the end of Glen road.
What our previous guests have said
The cabin was exactly as pictured and in a beautiful setting. We were lucky enough to get a stunning sunset view from the hot tub hut the evening we stayed.

This place really is lovely right from when you turn off the main road and all the lights guide your way. We arrived in the dark and woke to the beautiful
