Payment and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 2021

Full payment is charged 7 days prior to arrival.  

Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15% and Credit Card processing fees.

Full Credit Card details are required to secure bookings.  Credit card details are stored securely.  All payments are processed through Windcave secure payment gateway.

Cancellations within 7 days of the booking arrival will occur 100% of the fee.  Guests will be charged for willful damage, lost keys, theft, additional cleaning, smoking inside,  inappropriate behavior, or breaching terms.

We recommend you have your own Travel Insurance to cover cancellation for unforeseen situations such as adverse weather events.

Terms and conditions

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.  

Use of facilities prior to check-in time of 2 pm or after check-out time of 10 am may incur additional charges.

The number of guests in your room is not to exceed the number made in the booking or additional charges will be made.

No responsibility is taken for the guest's personal property left on the premises.

Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Children under 2 are accommodated for free.  A cot and linen are available for $25.  Children aged 2 - 12  are charged at $30 per person.  Extra adults are charged at $30 per person. 


Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.  We accommodate up to 2 dogs per booking for a $25 fee.  The property is not fully fenced.

Dogs must be kept off furniture and bedding, but are welcome inside and out.  Must be house trained and kept under control.


The driveway entrance is under 24 hr CCTV surveillance.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions you allow us to use these images are share them with 3rd parties if necessary.
